Cancellation Policy
What we ask when you need to change or cancel your appointment.
Last updated: 20 June 2026
We set aside unhurried, dedicated time for every appointment, so late changes and missed bookings affect both our team and other clients waiting for a time. This policy explains what we ask of you when plans change.
Notice period
If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer your time to someone else. You can let us know by phone or via our Contact page.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or appointments missed without notice, may incur a fee. Where a booking deposit has been taken, it may be forfeited. We understand that genuine emergencies happen and will always consider individual circumstances with care.
Deposits
Some treatments and new-client bookings may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Your deposit is applied to the cost of your treatment and is refundable or transferable where reasonable notice of a change is given.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, we'll always do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment may need to be shortened so we can stay on time for the clients who follow. The full treatment fee may still apply.
Changes to your treatment plan
Following your consultation and Observ scan, we may recommend adjusting your treatment. You're never obligated to proceed, and we'll always talk you through any changes before going ahead.
