Frequently asked questions
Everything you might want to know about consultations, treatments and visiting our Noosa clinic. Can't find your answer? We're happy to help.
Contact UsDo I need a consultation before my first treatment?
Yes — every first visit begins with an unhurried consultation, a hands-on skin assessment and an Observ AI skin scan. It only takes a little extra time, and it means your treatment is chosen for your skin rather than from a standard menu.
What is Observ AI skin scanning?
Observ is a skin-imaging system that lets us see beneath the surface — pigmentation, redness, congestion, hydration and early signs of ageing that aren't always visible to the eye. We use it alongside a hands-on assessment so our recommendations are based on what your skin is actually doing, not guesswork.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
You don't need to know before you arrive — that's our job. After your assessment and Observ scan, your therapist will talk you through what she's seeing and recommend the treatments best suited to your skin and your goals, in an order that makes sense for you.
Is there downtime?
It depends on the treatment. Some, like LED light therapy and our gentler facials, have no downtime at all. More advanced treatments such as skin needling, RF microneedling or peels can involve some redness or flaking for a few days. We'll always explain what to expect before you book.
How many sessions will I need?
Most skin concerns respond best to a course of treatments rather than a one-off, followed by occasional maintenance. The exact number depends on your skin and your goals — we'll map out a realistic plan at your consultation so you know what to expect.
Are treatments safe for sensitive or pigmented skin?
In most cases, yes — but it's exactly why we assess first. Your Observ scan and consultation let us choose settings and treatments appropriate for sensitive, reactive or pigmented skin, and adjust or postpone anything that isn't suitable.
Can I have treatments while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Some treatments aren't recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, while others are perfectly fine. Please let us know at the time of booking and we'll guide you towards safe, gentle options and postpone anything that should wait.
Where are you located?
We're at Shop T1030/28 Eenie Creek Rd, Noosaville QLD 4566, inside Noosa Civic Shopping Centre — in the heart of Noosa on the Sunshine Coast.

We're open seven days a week — Monday to Wednesday and Friday 9am to 5:30pm, Thursday 9am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, and Sunday 10am to 4pm. Booking ahead means we can set aside unhurried time for your assessment and treatment.
