Can I have this facial if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Usually yes. We adapt the treatment and leave out anything not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, such as retinol, higher strength salicylic acid and certain peels, while still giving your skin a thorough, hydrating treatment. Let your therapist know when you book.
Are there any conditions that would mean I can’t have a Level 2 facial?
Very few. We’d adjust or postpone around active cold sores, infected or broken skin, sunburn, recent roaccutane or isotretinoin, or a strong breakout or flare, and we’ll always match the strength of the treatment to your skin on the day.
