LED Light Therapy in Noosa
Gentle, no-downtime light therapy to calm breakouts, redness and early fine lines — tailored to your skin with an Observ scan.
Book NowCalm, clear, healthier-looking skin
LED light therapy is one of the gentlest treatments we offer, and one of the easiest to fit into a busy week. It uses specific wavelengths of light to calm the skin, settle inflammation and support its natural repair, which makes it a good fit for breakouts, redness, early fine lines and dull, tired skin.
There’s no needling, no real heat and no downtime, so plenty of clients have a session on their lunch break and head straight back to work. We set the wavelengths based on what shows up in your Observ skin scan rather than running a standard program, and while LED gives a lovely result on its own, it also speeds up healing when we pair it with our more advanced treatments. You can expect calmer, fresher, healthier looking skin.

- Breakouts & acne — calms active congestion

Frequently asked questions
Is LED light therapy right for my skin?
For most people, yes. It suits nearly every skin type and is a favourite with women over 35 who want a gentle, no fuss way to brighten the skin and calm redness. Your therapist will confirm it’s the right choice once she’s looked at your Observ scan.
Does it hurt?
No. It’s completely painless and quite relaxing, a bit like lying under a warm light for a while. There’s no recovery time afterwards, so you can carry on with your day.
How many sessions will I need?
LED works best as a course rather than a one off. Plenty of our Noosa clients start with a block of sessions and then come back monthly to keep things ticking along, often alongside a facial or skin needling.
Can I have LED light therapy if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
While LED is one of our gentlest treatments, we recommend not having the treatment during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Are there any conditions that would mean I can’t have LED?
A few. We’d postpone or adjust if you have a light sensitive condition such as lupus or porphyria, take medication that makes your skin sensitive to light (including roaccutane or isotretinoin), have epilepsy, or have any active skin cancer or infection in the area. Your consultation and Observ scan let us check all of this before we start.
