How many sessions will I need?

Can I have skin needling if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
No, we don’t perform skin needling during pregnancy or breastfeeding as a precaution, as there isn’t enough safety research even though the risk is considered low. We’ll happily plan a course for when you’re ready afterwards.
Are there any conditions that would mean I can’t have skin needling?
Yes, a few. We’d postpone or adjust for active acne, infection or cold sores in the area, a tendency to keloid scarring, recent roaccutane or isotretinoin (usually within six months), blood clotting issues or blood thinning medication, an active eczema, psoriasis or rosacea flare, or any active skin cancer.
