Most people book treatments based on what they can see in the mirror. The Observ scan shows what you can’t — pigmentation sitting below the surface, congestion in the pores, dehydration, and the sun damage that comes with living on the Sunshine Coast. It photographs your skin under several light modes and lays it all out.
Your therapist then sits down with you and goes through the images properly: what’s there, what’s worth treating, what can wait, and what will genuinely make a difference. If that means telling you your skin is in good shape and you don’t need much, she’ll tell you that. There is no cost and no obligation to book a treatment.

Is it really free?
Yes. The consultation and scan are complimentary, valued at $99. There's no charge and no requirement to book a treatment afterwards.
What actually happens in the appointment?
You sit at the Observ device while it photographs your skin under different light modes. Your therapist then goes through the images with you and explains what each one is showing.
Will I be sold a package?
No. Your therapist will give you her honest read on your skin and what she'd recommend. What you do with that is completely up to you.
Do I need to prepare?
Come with a clean face if you can — no makeup gives the clearest images. If that's not practical, we can cleanse your skin when you arrive.
How long does it take?
About 30 minutes, including the scan and the conversation afterwards.
