How is this different from regular skin needling?
There's no needling device involved. Bio microneedling uses natural spicules to stimulate the skin, so it's a gentler way into collagen treatments while still giving you a visible result.
What downtime should I expect?
Usually three to five days of flaking and renewal as the skin refreshes itself. It's completely normal and part of how the treatment works.
What does it improve?
Texture, the look of pores, blemishes and dullness, and overall radiance. A good fit if you want brighter, smoother skin without anything too intense.
How often should I have it?

As a precaution we usually hold off during pregnancy and breastfeeding, since it drives quite an active renewal and there's limited safety research. A gentle facial is often a lovely alternative in the meantime.
